Standards that apply to vacancies submitted to, advertised by or promoted through CC Jobs, including accuracy, lawfulness and review rights.
These Job Listing Terms apply to vacancies submitted to, advertised by or promoted through CC Jobs, part of Career Calling International and CAQA Groups. Listing information must be accurate, current, lawful and not misleading. CC Jobs may review, edit, reject, suspend or remove a listing that is inaccurate, unsuitable, outdated, misleading, discriminatory or inconsistent with the purpose of this website, which is connecting VET, education and professional-services employers with qualified candidates across Australia.
CC Jobs does not operate a self-service listing portal. Vacancies are submitted through the form on our contact page, by email to info@caqa.com.au or by phone on 1800 266 160. A consultant reviews each brief before a role is promoted to candidates, so submission of a vacancy does not guarantee that it will be advertised.
A listing must relate to a genuine, current vacancy for which you have authority to recruit. We do not promote speculative roles presented as live vacancies, roles created primarily to harvest candidate details, or opportunities that are training courses, business ventures or franchise offers presented as employment.
Every listing and brief must meet the following standards:
We may edit listing text for clarity, consistency and compliance before promotion, and we will confirm material changes with you. We may decline or withdraw any listing that does not meet these terms, and we are not obliged to give reasons for declining a listing, although we will usually explain our concerns so they can be addressed.
You must tell us promptly when a vacancy is filled, withdrawn or materially changed so that candidates are not pursuing roles that no longer exist. We may refresh, pause or remove listings as part of normal management of our vacancy pipeline, and we remove filled or expired roles once we are notified or become aware of the change.
No listing fees are payable through this website and no payments are taken online. Where recruitment or advertising charges apply to an engagement, they are quoted and agreed in writing under our Employer Terms before work begins. Because no payments are made through this website, no online refund arrangements apply to listings.
The employer remains responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information it supplies for a listing and for its own conduct in the recruitment process. CC Jobs acts as a recruitment intermediary and is not the employer for listed roles unless expressly stated. Applications and candidate information gathered in response to a listing are handled under our Candidate Privacy Notice.
If you believe a listing promoted by CC Jobs is inaccurate, misleading or discriminatory, please tell us through our Complaints and Feedback process so we can investigate and correct or remove the listing where appropriate.
You can contact us by email at info@caqa.com.au, by phone on 1800 266 160, or through our contact page. Our postal address is 2/10 Lawn Court, Craigieburn, Victoria 3064.
